info@ownodds.comReporting something wrong
This is the one we most want to hear about. If a prediction cites a statistic that looks wrong, an article misstates a fact, or a result has been graded incorrectly, please tell us.
Including these makes it much faster to check:
- The page URL
- What is wrong, and what you believe is correct
- A source, if you have one
We read every correction. Where something is factually wrong we fix it and note that the page was corrected. One deliberate exception: we do not edit the analysis on a match that has already been played, even when the call turned out badly — that text is the record of what we said beforehand, and quietly improving it after the fact would make our track record meaningless.
Questions about a prediction
How a specific number was arrived at, why a market was called the way it was, or why we gave a double chance rather than naming a winner. Our methodology page covers most of it, and we are happy to go further on a particular fixture.
Press and media
For comment, data requests or interviews. We can share accuracy figures broken down by competition, market and time period beyond what the track record page shows.
Partnerships and advertising
Commercial enquiries are welcome. To be clear about where the line sits: commercial arrangements never influence what our model outputs or how a result is graded. Predictions are calculated before any commercial consideration enters the picture, and grading is automatic.
Technical problems
A page that will not load, a score that looks stale, something broken on mobile. Telling us the URL and roughly when you saw it is usually enough.
Gambling support
We are not equipped to help with gambling harm and would rather point you somewhere that is. BeGambleAware offers free, confidential advice. Betting on this site's markets is 18+.
